Data controller

The data controller for personal data collected on this site is Verumarc Teknoloji ve Yazılım A.Ş., based in Adana, Türkiye ("Verumarc", "we"). Your personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Data we collect

We only collect what you give us yourself and the limited technical data needed to run the site:

• Contact details: the name and email address you share in the contact form.
• Message content: the topic you choose and the message you write.
• Meeting request: the day and time you pick to talk to us.
• Technical data: information kept in our hosting provider's server logs, such as IP address, browser and device type, and time of visit.

The site has no account creation or payment step, so we do not collect passwords or payment details.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Sharing your data

Your data is shared only in these cases, and only as far as necessary:

• A legal obligation or a duly made request from a competent authority.

Our service providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye. Such transfers are made in line with the conditions set out in the KVKK.

We keep your personal data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and for the periods required by applicable law. After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss and misuse. Even so, no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties your data is transferred to.
• Ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected.
• Ask for your data to be deleted or destroyed where the conditions are met.
• Object to processing and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Children's privacy

The site is intended for business users and is not directed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from this age group.

Changes to this policy
